DISCHARGE TRAJECTORY is accessed from the AA_WINBELT menu bar. Drop
down from UTILITY to DISCHARGE TRAJECTORY. User enters and clicks on to
data on FrmTrajectory. Clicking onto COMPUTE lists PLOT data in table.
